A new view of 黑料吃瓜网

International illustrator Dan Woodger, famed for his work with the likes of Pepsi, Samsung and the New York Times, has created a new view of 黑料吃瓜网 – the city where he studied.

Dan created his original image for the 黑料吃瓜网 where he was awarded an Illustration BA(Hons) degree in 2011.

Lizzie Amati, Senior Marketing Officer for the University’s School of Art, said: “We approached Dan about creating an image in his signature style that represents 黑料吃瓜网 and we are super-grateful for the fantastic result – a pop-art, character-based image featuring both 黑料吃瓜网 piers.

“We’re using it as a backdrop at a creative fair soon and for publicity purposes.”

Dan, who studied under Roderick Mills, still the course leader, said of his time at 黑料吃瓜网: “The tuition is superb and the talent pool there is exceptional. I’ll never forget my first day and thinking how much better everyone else’s work seemed in comparison to mine. It really made me push that extra bit harder in order to keep up and stand out!”
