Qualifications from this country will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please submit an application for our admissions team to review, including as much detail as possible about your qualifications with scans of certificates and transcripts if you have them. You can also check academic equivalencies by course using our course finder.

Home from home

If you're looking for a little taste of home when you're in ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø, you can check out for some delicious seafood grill, or you can try out near ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø station, or for something a little more laid back you can head to .

You can join one of the many . There are more than 100 societies – from faith-based groups to cultural societies, hobby-based groups and academic interests. If you can't find a society that suits your interests, you can even start your own! You can also make friends by joining a sports team or club, either to play for fun or take part in competitions against other universities.

Your employability

Whether you are studying a bachelors degree or adding to your existing qualifications with a masters-level course, it's important to think about how you will use your time at university to benefit your career after graduation.

All of our courses either offer the opportunity for a placement, or have work-related learning embedded, to help you apply your academic skills and knowledge in a professional environment. You'll also have access to our international student jobs portal, to help you find graduate work in the UK and abroad.

International Student Advice Service

Our International Student Advice Service provides high-quality support and advice for students from outside the UK. The team can provide:

  • practical advice about living in the UK eg local shopping and transport, opening a UK bank account, accessing healthcare
  • information about social activities on and off campus
  • support for homesickness and culture shock
  • advice on financial hardship
  • support through times of crisis.
